Jarrod Cady comes to the pool industry with a diverse background that has uniquely prepared him for success. Born with an unwavering commitment to excellence, Jarrod has dedicated his life to serving others, whether through his military service, his career in commercial construction, or his current venture in the pool industry.

Jarrod Cady’s journey began at Texas A&M University, where he studied at the Mays School of Business. Focusing on Finance, he honed his analytical skills and gained a solid foundation in financial management, which would serve him well in the future.

While attending Texas A&M University, Jarrod participated in the time honored tradition of marching with the Corps of Cadets. Following his graduation, Jarrod made a life-altering decision to serve his country by joining the United States Marine Corps. Over six years and multiple overseas deployments leading Marines, he hung up his uniform in 2012 having achieved the rank of Captain. His military experience instilled in him the values of discipline, leadership, and a tireless work ethic. These qualities would later prove invaluable in his post military career.

After leaving the Marine Corps, Jarrod transitioned to the commercial real estate and construction industry. Over a span of more than a decade, he immersed himself in every facet of the industry both in the field and the office. He gained invaluable experience in brokerage, construction, development, project management, and consulting. This comprehensive knowledge allowed him to understand the complexities of the construction world, from inception to completion.

Jarrod’s personal life is equally fulfilling. He is happily married to Jolie, and together they are raising two young boys. His dedication to family extends to his professional life, where he strives to create an environment that mirrors the values he holds dear at home.

In the pool industry, Jarrod leverages his extensive knowledge of project management, construction, and client relationships to deliver outstanding results.
